Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 5 July 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (the Policy) applies to everyone who uses UploadHub (the Service), operated by DEVHUB SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ (DEVHUB sp. z o.o.). It forms part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service. You are responsible for all content and activity under your account, including content submitted through your API keys, webhooks, or by players on your game server.
1. Prohibited content
You must not upload, store, or serve through the Service any content that:
- depicts, promotes, or relates to the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors (CSAM). This is strictly forbidden with zero tolerance. Such content is scanned for, blocked, preserved, and reported to the competent authorities and organisations (including relevant hotlines and law enforcement), and the account is terminated;
- is otherwise illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
- infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights, including uploading copyrighted work without permission;
- contains malware, viruses, phishing, or code intended to harm, gain unauthorised access to, or disrupt any system;
- incites or threatens violence, terrorism, or self-harm, or promotes hatred or harassment against people based on protected characteristics;
- contains other people's personal or sensitive data without a lawful basis (including doxxing); or
- is deceptive, fraudulent, or impersonates another person or entity.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- circumvent or attempt to circumvent plan limits, quotas, rate limits, moderation, or access controls;
- access accounts, projects, files, or data that are not yours, or probe, scan, or test the security of the Service without authorisation;
- use the Service to build a competing service, or resell or sublicense access except as expressly permitted;
- overload, flood, or otherwise interfere with the Service or its infrastructure, or use it as a general-purpose file host unrelated to its intended media use;
- share, sell, or expose your API keys or webhook URLs in a way that enables abuse; or
- use the Service in violation of Discord's terms, the FiveM / Cfx.re terms, or any applicable law.
3. Intended use (FiveM media)
The Service is designed for hosting and delivering media generated by or for game servers, such as player screenshots, clips, loading screens, and audio. You remain responsible for ensuring that content captured from players or generated on your server complies with this Policy and with the rights and expectations of the individuals involved.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing or disabling content, issuing warnings, throttling or suspending access, terminating accounts, and reporting to authorities. For serious violations, in particular CSAM, we act immediately and without prior notice. We are not obliged to monitor content proactively, but we scan uploads and act on reports and legal obligations.
5. Reporting abuse
If you believe content on the Service violates this Policy or the law, report it to abuse@uploadhub.gg. Please include the file link and a short description. We review reports and respond as appropriate.
6. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The date above shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
